We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your order. Just let us know and ship the book back to us and we’ll be more than happy to give you a refund. This offer is valid only for books purchased from www.eliteaviationsolutions.com. If you purchased a book from an authorized dealer please review their respective return policy.
Domestic Shipments: Once we give the shipment to the Postal Service we are not responsible for the lost or damaged items. If you would like to add insurance to your book we will be happy to do so. With Priority Mail we do have a shipping confirmation number with each order. We do not give refunds due to postal service damage or errors. We almost never have any problems with the books we have sent out. If there are problems we will work with you as best as we can to reasonably resolve the problem.
Please double check your address when ordering to avoid delay in delivery. We will only ship to the address that you provide with your order. If the postal service will not take your address, we will contact you as soon as possible to get another address before we can ship out your order.
We offer a next day delivery service, but we do not guarantee next day as it is out of our control after we hand over the shipment to the postal service.
We use the Postal Service to keep the cost of shipping down. If you would rather have your order shipped via UPS, let us know and we can give you a quote. This service is usually at least double the cost.
International Shipments: Once we give the shipment to the Postal Service we are not responsible for the lost or damaged items. We do not give refunds due to postal service damage or errors. For international, every now an then we do run into problems due to some country’s postal service. If yours is reliable then you should not have any problem. We will provide you with as much information as we can, for example Customs Number and Label Number if you ask for it.
Return: Please contact us before returning this item. Refunds are issued once your return has been received, usually within a week. We advice that you purchase tracking with your returned package so that you can track your returning package.
